Position Summary
The Business Analyst Professional performs business analyst duties
including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business processes
and coordinating with functional, cross-functional, and technical
teams to develop, test, and implement projects. The Business
Analyst Professional creates project plans, coordinates and leads
project meetings, ensures project documentation is up to date, and
manages tasks related to projects. Additionally, the Business
Analyst Professional prepares project specications for developers,
coordinates testing with functional stakeholders on campus,
functionally approves migrations and upgrades in non-production and
production instances, and assists with determining the training
materials needed for upgrades and projects. The Business Analyst
Professional also supports the development of operational reports
related to the projects as well as the development of APIs or data
feeds to other applications approved to receive student
information.
