Overview and Essential FunctionsLooking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. Were looking for an ISP Field Foreman (based out of Greenville, Anderson, and Spartanburg, SC) to join our team and help connect America.What you'll do :

  • Lead crew and perform duties associated with laying out, assembling, installing, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in customer locations, building and structures, as well as installing cable pathway systems
  • Route cable/duct through conduit, above ceilings and between floors per job specifications
  • Read and comprehend technical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures
  • Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction as directed by the Supervisor.Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner
  • Maintain the companys high standards of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, and team members
  • Submit all paperwork on time to include crew billing, VQI's and time reporting
  • Adhere to all required project specific as well as company safety requirements
  • Provides timely feedback to customers and management through prompt, accurate recording/communication of problem systems and status
  • Escalates unresolved requests using documented procedures, working with third-level technicians and/or 3rd party vendors to formulate an effective resolution action plan
  • Recognizes/analyzes recurring issues and recommends constructive improvements to prevent recurrence
  • Conducts field training and second-level problem evaluation using documented procedures
  • Perform other duties as may be assignedQualificationsWho we are looking for:
    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
    • You have industry certifications (preferred)
    • You have a valid Driver's License
    • You have 3 years work experience in Structured Cabling/ Electrical (preferred)
    • You are able to travel 25% of the time
    • You have Working knowledge of the NEC
    • You have working knowledge of industry standards including BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and local and National Electric Code
    • You have and are able to demonstrate a strong customer/client service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • You are able to demonstrate a mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints, architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents
    • You are able to complete required documentation in a variety of written and electronic formats according to company standards such as time reporting for billing & payroll, work order progress & completion
    • You are able to demonstrate proven skills in reliability and dependability demonstrated through completing tasks on time and with minimal supervision, punctual and present for work, informing appropriate individuals when work will not be completed in agreed upon time frame.Benefits and Company SummaryWhat you'll get...
