Job Description:

We are accepting applications for the position of Service Technician at our Athens apartment community.

The primary duties of a Service Technician are to maintain the entire community in safe, attractive, comfortable condition, under the direction of the Service Manager and assist the Service Manager with all projects and phases of on-site maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will be a High School Graduate (or equivalent), have a minimum of 3 years maintenance or skilled trade experience, working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing and carpentry and working knowledge of HVAC systems and various appliances. EPA and CPO preferred. If not certified, willingness to obtain within 90 - 120 days of employment.

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds for a limited distance on occasion, complete tasks up to 2nd story of building exteriors and be able to complete tasks in all apartment homes regardless of location. Saturdays and on-call rotation required.
