Job Description:
Store Manager Summary: The Store Manager leads all daily store
operations, directing staff to deliver exceptional customer
service, tight inventory control, and brand-right merchandising.
They set goals, schedule and develop the team, and uphold policy,
safety, and compliance standards. Leveraging strong business
acumen, they analyze KPIs (sales, margin, labor, customer
satisfaction) to optimize staffing, inventory turns, and
promotional execution—driving revenue and profitability. They
partner cross-functionally with corporate, vendors, and service
teams while resolving escalations and maintaining a clean,
well-presented store. Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule for
department managers Oversee department managers in store Manage the
store sales by reviewing sales numbers for each department Manage
store operations Train and develop store team members Achieve
planned growth and profit goals Ensure execution of all customer
service program, company guidelines and policies Provide a safe,
clean environment for customers and team members Always ensure
adequate availability of merchandise Accurately report financial
measures and transactions Plan and organize to meet or exceed
forecasted financial goals Ensure published hours of store
operations are met Recruit, hire and train to ensure efficient
operations Required Education, Experience, and Certifications: Any
combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation
from high school or college or any other combination of education,
training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills
and abilities to accurately perform the above requirements. Minimum
of three years prior experience in retail industry preferably in a
customer contact area. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong
leadership skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance High level of energy Demonstrated selling
skills Effective organizational skills Prover managerial skills
Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification in states that
require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job
performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s
