Our division is -looking for a Jr. Regional Sales Manager for the
Southeast United States territory. -The successful candidate will
demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude and intellectually curious
mindset combined with the appropriate process orientation,
analytical skills, sharp focus, and a willingness to embrace
change. They will be self-motivated professional with a strong
desire to achieve personal and professional growth. The position
reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing at Zalkin. -
- Prospect, develop, and follow up on new accounts and maintain
existing account relations in an ethical and profitable
- Promote and sell Zalkin capping machinery, solutions,
capabilities, spare parts, service, and support and establish plans
and strategies to expand the customer base. This includes
development and execution of a regional penetration plan.
- Perform lead generating activities, i.e., prospect, visit,
call, email, attend conferences and tradeshows, network within the
- Use Salesforce.com CRM to document all sales activity and to
update opportunity status throughout the sales cycle.
- Work closely with customers to ensure the meeting of all goals,
objectives, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and communicate sales reports within Zalkin and

professionals within ProMach.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate

- Bachelor's or technical degree (Engineering/Technical
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales or customer service
- Strong computer skills, CRM experience preferred
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
- Fluency in French preferred
