Your Role: As an ADT Solar Home Energy Consultant, you are more than a salesperson. You are a trusted advisor helping families embrace the solar revolution. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their own business-like venture, supported by ADT's robust brand and resources, including health and dental care, 401K, and comprehensive training. This position includes the opportunity to earn company generated leads and appointments; however, it does require a self-starter that is willing to canvas neighborhoods and invest in building their own referral base. Key Benefits of What We Offer: Earning Potential: Uncapped, 100% commission structure with an estimated annual income range of $65,000 - $250,000. Our top performers have exceeded $500,000. Commission Advancements: Majority (60%) of commissions are paid in advance of installation. Bonuses: Several ways to earn additional bonus: O Recommend a friend to join the sales team and earn up to $2,000 with our Employee Referral program. O Self-generate your sales and earn up to double commission plus an additional $1000 bonus and quarterly bonuses. Support Structure: Earn company-provided appointments, leverage our strong customer referral programs, receive vehicle and mileage reimbursements. New Hire Compensation and Training: Quick-start, local training program enables you to be selling within a few days, earn commissions based on your actions all to help you begin earning sales commissions as quickly as possible. Team environment drives mentorship and continuous learning. O Industry leading 6 months of additional paid training, with weekly minimum requirements. Responsibilities: Represent the ADT brand and yourself with high integrity. Generate leads and manage appointments with potential customers. Deliver compelling in-home sales presentations aligned to the customers needs. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Attend trainings, company assigned appointments and company events. Communicate with the operations team and customers to the completion of projects. Stay informed on solar industry trends, local utility rates and changes, as well as best practices in solar and sales. Qualifications: Valid State drivers license. Successful completion of initial Sales Training. Reliable transportation. Effective communication skills, self-motivation, and an initiative-taking approach. Relevant licenses as required by regulations in local market.
