We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our remote team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service role preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
