Job Purpose
The Key Account Sales Specialist, Marine role will be responsible
for managing the operational business for National Accounts and
select boat builder relationships. Provide account & channel
support to the National Account store locations to make sure they
are receiving what they need to succeed to sell the Honda brand.
Responsible for making sure orders are placed in internal and
National Account portal systems. This role will be tasked with
working to build our boat builder sales channel to determine new
opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Serve as the main point of contact for national accounts within the
marine division, ensuring strong relationships with clients and
maintaining consistent communication.
Monitor and report out on key performance metrics, including sales
targets, customer satisfaction, POS trends and account growth.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking or product
allocation based on national account needs.
Work with management team to review and negotiate pricing, terms,
and financial conditions with national clients as needed.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) to
ensure the smooth execution of national account strategies and
initiatives.
Coordinate with marketing teams to deliver displays, brochures or
product updates to national clients.
