established and growing 3PL company is looking for an experienced
Business Development Representative to join their team. The ideal
candidate will have 5 years of logistics sales and account
management experience - ideally with some exposure to reefers. You
will be given an established book of business with large food and
beverage clients and will also be expected to sell and bring in new
business. Why join us? Remote (for the first 30-90 days you will
need to be in the office 1 day a week for training and after that
1x a month in the office) Given a book of business High earning
potential - Over 40% of the team earns $100K, and most reps are
making $150K–$300K within a few years. Multiple people are making
over a million dollars a year. Excellent leadership Opportunity to
sell any transportation mode (reefer, dry, flatbed, intermodal,

Responsibilities: Find and build relationships with potential
customers who need help moving freight Create new sales
opportunities by making calls, sending emails, networking, and
following up Learn how each customer’s business works so you can
offer the best shipping solutions Put together pricing and bids
quickly and accurately based on what the market looks like Keep
strong relationships with current clients and help them grow Work
closely with the operations and account teams to make sure every
shipment goes smoothly Requirements: High School Diploma Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 5-year
logistics sales experience Ability to travel up to 30% Ability to
create and maintain strong relationships with customers through
email, face-to-face, and telephone communication Negotiation skills
with ability to motivate and persuade decision makers Ability to
facilitate high level onsite customer meetings Interested in
