As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our client brands, engaging directly with customers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting marketing campaigns. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, coachable, and excited to start a career in marketing, sales, or business development. Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally in retail locations and events Engage with customers to increase product awareness and brand loyalty Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions Assist with in-store marketing and promotional activities Track and report campaign results to leadership Participate in paid training and development programs Qualifications Customer service or retail experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
