ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a
team of eight. Before becoming an agent, I built my career in sales
and was driven by a clear goal of owning my own business. I earned
a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University in 2002. Im married
with two children and spend much of my free time outdoorsif it
involves fresh air, Im usually in. Staying involved locally is
important to both me and the agency. We actively support local high
schools, sponsor football programs and city events, and are members

Seth Crow - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency
dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are
currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a
Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is
highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the
phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage
appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in
handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers,
identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide
excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer
service role. Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with
engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including
Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
