Job Description:

ElectriCom, a pioneer in utility construction with over six decades of expertise, is looking for a dedicated Field Operations Coordinator to improve our operational workflows in the field. This role is pivotal in ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, meeting our high standards of quality and safety. The coordinator will interface between on-site management and back-office planning and play a crucial role in managing field operations, overseeing project logistics, and ensuring compliance with both company and regulatory standards. Coordinate and monitor on-site operations, working closely with project managers and field teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Manage logistics, including equipment and materials transportation, to ensure availability as per the project schedules. Facilitate effective communication between field employees and senior management to report progress and address challenges. Implement and oversee compliance with safety procedures and regulations on project sites. Assist in planning and executing project initiatives, based on thorough risk assessment and resource analysis. Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports to enhance the decision-making process. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industry safety practices and regulatory compliance.
