You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1–6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Our integrated ABA Speech model allows SLPs and BCBAs to work together to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that drives meaningful outcomes for young learners. Who We Are Elevation Autism is a locally owned, multidisciplinary provider of early intervention ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy services. We serve children ages 1–6 through a collaborative, center-based model that integrates ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy in a fun and engaging learning environment. Schedule & Flexibility Therapy Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday No travel, evenings, or weekends Flexible scheduling options starting at 10 hours per week Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental hours or greater work-life balance Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as caseload grows (if desired) Clinical Growth & Collaboration Integrated ABA Speech treatment model Ongoing collaboration with Clinical Directors and Behavior Analysts Professional development opportunities in feeding therapy, AAC device implementation, Gestalt Language Processing, and more Operational support teams managing staff and family scheduling Compensation $45–$55 per hour , based on experience
