Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead month?end, quarter?end, and year?end close processes, including general ledger oversight and financial statement preparation Analyze profit & loss results and deliver concise reports to operational leadership Supervise, coach, and develop junior accounting staff (onshore and offshore) Coordinate audit activities and support client engagements Contribute to strategic planning and long?term growth initiatives Manage cash flow across multiple entities; produce and interpret cash flow statements and balance sheet reconciliations Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts Spearhead special projects—software evaluations, efficiency enhancements, policy updates, and other process improvements Build relationships with executive?level stakeholders at client organizations Perform additional duties as needed to support the finance function Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Minimum five years’ accounting experience, including at least one year in a leadership role Thorough knowledge of GAAP and strong organizational skills Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience with ERP implementations and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plus Interested in hearing more?
