At least 5 years of cradle-to-grave freight brokering experience ? Proven track record of managing your shipments from pickup to destination ? Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer/carrier relationships ? Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently from home ? Familiarity with TMS software and freight market trends ?
