Job Details Overview: We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader to join our team as AVP of Business Processes & Compliance. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance across departments and vendor relationships. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, audit internal workflows, and help shape the systems and standards that support our business integrity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead compliance projects across departments and external vendors. Document and standardize workflows and procedures. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to carrier contracts and regulatory requirements. Support accounting with annual compliance deliverables. Oversee licensing compliance across departments and systems. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system requirements. Assist with system rollouts and workflow updates. Identify and implement process improvements through regular audits. Conduct system testing and provide feedback to senior leadership. Qualifications: 8–10 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interested in hearing more?
